It is adenocarcinoma, composed of large cells , spread by direct, lymphatic & blood.
C/P

Haematuria.
palpable mass.
Paramalig. $:-hypertension due to excessive renin secretion
-­ alk. Phosph. Secreted by the tumour.
-­ Ca (parath. Hr. like).
-Polycythaemia (erythropoietin).
-Neuromyopathy.
