Plexiform Haemangioma (Cirsoid aneurysm):
Clinical Picture: Dilated tortuous arteries  soft compressible pulsating swelling with marked bruit.
Sites: Commonest in the scalp.
Investigations: Angiography can detect the feeding vessels and exclude intracranial communication.
Treatment: 1- Ligation & excision: see later.
2- Simple ligation of feeding vessels: see later.
