é Common in young adults.
é Commonly presented with recurrent haematuria.
é 20 % of eases develop nephrotic $.
é Common in pts with chronic Liver disease.
Micro
Light cells .
E/M mesangial proliferation
immunofl Ig A + C3.
ttt : Steroids or immunosuppressive?!!
Long term Ab advocated as the episodes of macroscopic haematuria associated with upper respiratory tract infection
