1- Acute peri-anal haematoma: Painful perianal swelling due to rupture of submucous vessels. Usually resolve spontaenuously. Rarely need evacuation.
2- Ch. perianal haematoma
3- Sentinel pile: in chronic anal fissure.
4- Pruritus ani skin tags.
5- Ext. pile accompanying int. one
All of external piles treated by excision
