53 Year Old woman with bilateral congenital colobomas who had recent vision loss in left eye from worsening cataract. Because of her iris, lens, and choroidal coloboma, the lens was removed using a vitrectomy lensectomy. The iris coloboma was repaired with an iris suture. At the end of the case, an anterior chamber intraocular lens is placed. The patients vision improved to 20/400 which was the best she had previously.
