mAetiology:
Oesophagus is compressed by abnormal arteries e.g. double aortic arch or bifid innominate artery.



mClinical Picture:
Although congenital, dysphagia does not occur before age of 50 due to atherosclerosis which occur at that age.
mTreatment: Division of compressing vessels.
